Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide more than 12 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Changes made within 12 hours will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment cost. Late Arrivals: If you're running late, please contact me as soon as possible. Your treatment may be shortened, with the full fee still payable. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be treated as a late cancellation. No-Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. Outstanding fees must be settled before making another booking. Therapist Cancellations & Delays: If I am running late, I will aim to provide your full treatment time. If I need to cancel or reschedule, your appointment will be moved to the next mutually convenient date at no additional charge.
